Well, on a scale of 1 to Phineas (Phineas being the highest possible rating), we’re very near Phineas-awesome. At least that’s the word on the street. We think it’s because of our approach, expertise and humour.
Our goal is to share rationale and context to enhance comprehension. In our experience, memorized information does not allow an organization (or person) to problem solve in real time. It is by understanding the rationale and context of required actions that allows organizational knowledge to grow and personnel to become more empowered by seeing not just the issues but also possible solutions.
