We participate/guide team members towards resolving those pesky recurring problems using applicable RCA tools (i.e. 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, & more). We’ll drill way down to the very root of the problem and work to eliminate non-conformances. We submit updated documentation as directed.
MEETINGS!We help lighten the load by facilitating these meetings. That means we take/update minutes, track action items and introduce a structure that allows for more autonomy AND participation. Sound like an oxymoron? Nah, we just a whole lot of experience with this kind of thing.
AUDITS!
We can prep your organization for your upcoming audit. Yes! You read that correctly. This kind of support and success is where it’s at if we do say so ourselves. We join you and prepare personnel for the upcoming audit. We then conduct an ‘unofficial’ audit by helping prepare personnel and review relevant documentation. We submit an audit report which will highlight what is going well and what can be corrected before the external auditor arrives.
